Moloco adapter release history for CloudX Android SDK

Fixes Moloco Native Banner and Native MREC impression timing by reporting impressions only after the ad view is attached to the CloudX ad view container.
Reports supported ad formats to CloudX so server-provisioned configuration can match demand only to compatible placements.
