Anyone signed in with a CloudX account that is an active member of an organization. That is the same account you use for app.cloudx.io.

Marking a page as publisher-only

Add access: publisher to the frontmatter:
The page is then left out of the public build, the public search index, llms.txt, llms-full.txt, the sitemap, the MCP server, and the raw Markdown endpoints. Signed-in publishers see it in the sidebar under Publisher only, and can search it and ask the assistant about it.
