* Initial release of the CloudX AppsFlyer ad-revenue connector. Forwards CloudX ad revenue to AppsFlyer via `logAdRevenue` with no publisher glue code — add the dependency and revenue reporting is automatic, firing once per CloudX-won impression across all ad formats.
* Compiles against AppsFlyer SDK 6.15.0; supports AppsFlyer SDK versions 6.15.0 up to (excluding) 7.0.0.
* Requires minimum CloudX SDK version be 4.3.0.
