* Initial release of the CloudX Adjust ad-revenue connector. Forwards CloudX ad revenue to Adjust via `trackAdRevenue` with no publisher glue code — add the dependency and revenue reporting is automatic, firing once per CloudX-won impression across all ad formats.
* Reports on Adjust's generic `publisher_sdk` source until a dedicated CloudX source ships in a future Adjust release; revenue feeds ROAS identically either way.
* Compiles against Adjust SDK 5.0.0; supports Adjust SDK 5.0.0 or newer.
* Requires minimum CloudX SDK version be 4.3.0.
